Gramps Lazer Shack Return Policy for Customized Products

At Gramps Lazer Shack, every piece is custom made just for you — with laser-sharp precision and care. Because customized products are made to order, all sales are final on personalized items. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we stand by the quality of our work.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective.
• There is a mistake in the customization that differs from your approved order.
• To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

1. A clear photo of the item and the issue.
2. Your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Please note:

• We cannot offer returns or refunds for customer errors in submitted text, spelling, font choice, or design approval.
• Normal variations in natural materials or slight differences in color and engraving depth may occur — these are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted custom work.
